Governors
The main responsibilities of the Governing Body are:-
Determining, monitoring and keeping under review, the policies, plans and procedures within which the school operates. Governors should both support and challenge the school and hold senior staff, including the Headteacher, to account for improving the quality of teaching, pupils’ achievement and pupils’ behaviour and safety. The extent to which this is done will be the subject of both internal and external (Ofsted)evaluation.
