Peace

Demonstrating compassion to others also calls us to be peaceful, to be peaceful towards one another in the playground, in the classroom and to champion peace in our wider community. We also encourage children to explore what it means to means to be peaceful, finding their own peace through providing the time and the space for this.

Matthew 5:9 Blessed are the peacemakers for they shall be called sons of God.

Romans 12:18 If possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all.

1 Peter 3:11 Let him turn away from evil and do good; let him seek peace and pursue it.

Hebrews 12:14 Strive for peace with everyone, and for the holiness without which no one will see the Lord.
